Everything about carton sheet production (sheet making)

“خط تولید ورق کارتن (Corrugated Board Production Line)” ، “خط ورق سازی (Corrugating Line)” یا “خط کاروگیتور (Corrugator Line)” مجموعه ای از ماشین آلات است که برای چسباندن 2، 3، 5 یا 7 لایه کاغذ به یکدیگر با هدف تولید پیوسته ی ورق کارتن تک جداره (Single Wall)، دو جداره ( Double Wall) یا سه جداره (Triple Wall) طراحی شده است.

Key steps in the carton sheet production process:

Concrete the middle paper [Flute Liner or Medium Liner] and paste it on Liner Paper [Single or single face or double layer sheet production]
Glue the outer liner paper to the previous two layers to produce a durable sheet [Convert double-layer sheet to single-layer sheet or single-walled sheet]
Repeat the above steps [If necessary, the above steps can be repeated to reach a 7-layer or triple-walled cardboard sheet]
Cut the cardboard sheet to the required dimensions

Rolls of paper (inner liner paper, outer liner paper, and medium (or flute; concreted) paper) are simultaneously opened and inserted into the sheet making line. Medium paper enters the single facer machine and is pressed between two corrugated metal rollers under the influence of heat. Medium paper rolls are impregnated with starch glue and the outer and inner liner papers are glued to it, respectively. After passing the line, cut and cut-off section, the final product of the sheet making line will be obtained in the form of cut sheets of cardboard sheets.
